1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and pr8888 ("pr8888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pr8888 website located at pr8888.bet, including all associated services, games, sports betting markets, promotional offerings, and account management features (collectively, "the Services").

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pr8888 supports a range of PKR-denominated payment methods designed specifically for Pakistani members. All financial transactions on pr8888 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Supported payment channels include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Members must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• pr8888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of compliance checks, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification.
• Funds deposited on pr8888 do not accrue interest. pr8888 holds member funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and slot game activity on pr8888 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product or market. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pr8888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• pr8888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other integrity concern, regardless of the apparent outcome.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during gameplay, pr8888 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the member's account balance.
• pr8888's decision on the settlement of any bet or game round is final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out in Clause 14.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per event, market, and game. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface.

Cricket betting markets on pr8888, including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20 fixtures, are governed by the standard cricket betting rules published in the Sports Betting section. Markets suspended due to rain delays, DLS method application, or other interruptions will be settled in accordance with those rules.

6. Bonus & Promotional Terms

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination & Suspension

pr8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the Prohibited Conduct provisions of Clause 7.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority requiring pr8888 to restrict or terminate the account.
• Extended period of account inactivity as defined in our dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, provided you have satisfactorily completed identity verification and no outstanding compliance holds apply.

• In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider as specified in the platform's licensing framework.

pr8888's records of all account activity, transactions, and communications shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute resolution proceeding, unless demonstrably erroneous.
